Suggested use
Children from 3 years and older: take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily with a meal. Adults: 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) daily. The oil can be taken pure or mixed with cold drinks or dishes.
A 5 ml measuring spoon is included.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.

Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg from Vitals contains 740 mg EPA and 460 mg DHA per teaspoon (5 ml) in triglyceride form with. Taste and smell of this liquid fish oil is pleasant because the fish oil in this product is very fresh. The added natural lemon flavor provides an even better taste.
