Smeets & Graas is closed on 25 and 26 December and on 31 December and 1 January. On these days we cannot be reached by phone and no orders will be shipped. You can of course still place orders via the website and email us.
Because both Christmas and New Year's Eve fall in the middle of the week this year, delivery during this period is different from normal. This period is also often very busy for PostNL, so the delivery days below are not a hard guarantee.
If you want to receive your order before Christmas, you must place it no later than Monday 23 December at 4:30 PM. These orders will be delivered on Tuesday 24 December. If you really want to be sure, it is better to place your order before Friday 20 December 16:30.
If you place an order between Monday 23 December 16:30 and Tuesday 24 December 16:30, it will be delivered on Friday 27 or Saturday 28 December.
If you place an order between Tuesday 23 December 16:30 and Friday 27 December 16:30, it will be delivered on Saturday 28 December or Monday 30 December.
If you want to receive your order before New Year's Eve, you must place your order no later than Monday 30 December at 16:30. These orders will be delivered on Tuesday 31 December in principle.
If you place an order between Monday 30 December 16:30 and Thursday 2 January 16:30, it will be delivered on Friday 3 or Saturday 4 January.
