Explanation of the composition
* Numbers in probiotic strains in CFU: colony-forming units.
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
Suggested use
Once daily, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in about 10 ml of lukewarm water. Allow to stand for about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir well before taking. Take preferably on an empty stomach before breakfast.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.
