Explanation of the composition
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.

Suggested use
Take 1 ml (0 to 6 years) or 2 ml (7 to 17 years) shortly before bedtime. Convenient for mixing with yogurt, custard, cottage cheese or the evening bottle.
