Usage advice
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement for children, take one to three mini capsules per day, preferably with a meal, unless otherwise advised. Do not exceed recommended dosage. From 3 to 6 years: one capsule per day. From 7 to 13 years: two capsules per day. From 14 years: three capsules per day.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Nutritional supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
