Advanced Nutrients: the top multi from Thorne
Thorne Advanced Nutrients is the most complete multiformula in our range.
For starters, all essential vitamins and minerals are present and in generous doses. For example, 50 mcg of vitamin D, 15 mg of Zinc and vitamin K in K1 and K2 forms.
In addition, Advanced Nutrients contains a combination of valuable nutrients with strong antioxidant activity: Quercetin, Blueberry extract, Nicotinamide riboside, Resveratrol and a blend of Carotenoids.
Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin C
With multi's, ingredients like calcium, magnesium and vitamin C are always tricky because they take up a lot of space. The Advanced Nutrients contains as much as 250 mg, 250 mg and 850 mg of these ingredients respectively.
Pure and easy to absorb
All ingredients are of high purity and have the best absorbable bioactive form in optimal amounts.
Dosage
The recommended dosage is 8 capsules per day. At this dosage you will get all the ingredients in an optimal amount. If you find that too much, you can always dose lower but at less than 4 capsules per day you will miss some of the effect.
