Fish Oil EPA-DHA
Fish Oil EPA-DHA from Smeets & Graas is a high-dose omega-3 fish oil made from pollock caught in the Gulf of Alaska and Bering Sea.
Many fish oils, especially those that are very highly concentrated, use whole fish. For this fish oil, fillet trimmings are used. The fillets themselves are for ordinary fish consumption. Because of this method of production, the fish oil has an MSC mark.
Fish Oil EPA-DHA contain purified fish oil with a low Totox value (a measure of freshness) that produces no belching and aftertaste.
Dosage and Price
Fish Oil EPA-DHA contains 400 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA. If for some reason you need more EPA and DHA per day it is no problem to take 2 (or more) capsules per day.
Because of the favorable pricing, even with two capsules a day this product is still more economical than almost all higher dosed fish oil products.
