Fish Oil for Kids: Pure Arctic MSC Fish Oil with Vitamin D

Fish oil for children: Pure Arctic MSC Fish Oil with Vitamin D

One dessert (coffee) spoonful of Pure Arctic Fish Oil contains the Omega-3 fats of (the equivalent of) over half a herring. It has been scientifically proven that this amount of DHA is good for children's eyes and for brain function.

As much as 20% of the fat in our brains consists of Omega-3 DHA; it is an important building block for the brain (like calcium for bones).

The vitamin D in fish oil is important for keeping your child's bones and teeth strong. Vitamin D also helps ensure a good immunity and plays a role in maintaining strong muscles.

It has been studied that many children with toned skin, have a vitamin D deficiency. Especially during the winter months and spring, taking extra vitamin D is recommended. An increasing number of fair-skinned children are also deficient in vitamin D. On the one hand, people are eating less fish, and on the other hand, they are playing indoors more, which means their skin gets less sunlight.
