Take 4 drops per day (0,12 ml)
Zorg ervoor dat het flesje voor ieder gebruik goed wordt geschud zodat het cannabidiol, dat vaak naar de bodem zinkt, zich goed kan mengen. Laat nu enkele druppeltjes onder de tong vallen door in de dop van het pipetje te knijpen. Houd dit een aantal tellen in de mond waardoor het goed door de mondslijmvliezen kan worden opgenomen. Na ongeveer een minuut kunt u de eventueel overgebleven olie doorslikken.
