Ingredients Maca, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), ashwagandha, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide), black cohosh, pycnogenol, glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), humectant (glycerol).
Suggested use
Take two tablets per day preferably spread over the day with a meal with water.
If the results are insufficient, the dosage can be temporarily increased to 4 (2 x 2) tablets per day.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.
