The natural vitamin C in this product is extracted from the fruit of the acerola cherry. The acerola is responsibly grown in Brazil on small-scale farms. The fruits are known to naturally contain a very high content of vitamin C. In addition, the vitamin C in this product comes from acerola grown according to the organic production method, which does not use pesticides or other harmful substances.
