Vitamin B5 250 mg
Pantothenic acid is involved in energy production, the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats and the synthesis of lipids, neurotransmitters, steroid hormones, porphyrins and hemoglobin.
Vitamin B5 has low toxicity, the only side effect in people taking high doses of calcium pantothenate was diarrhea. The water-soluble pantothenic acid is not stored and must be offered in sufficient quantity every day.
