Vitamin B12 2000 mcg
Vitamin B12 2000 mcg methyl- and adenosylcobalamin contains the biologically active forms of vitamin B12.
In food, vitamin B12 usually occurs in the form of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin (also called dibencozide). These are also the biologically active (co-enzymatic) forms such as B12 used by the body.
Many B12 supplements contain the form cyanocobalamin (a synthetic, non-body form). The advantage of a supplement with the biologically active (co-enzymatic) forms is that the vitamin B12 is immediately available to the body.
