Vitamin B1 100mg

Vitamin B1 is essential as a coenzyme for energy production from carbohydrates and thus supports organs that depend on carbohydrates for their energy production, such as the brain, muscles, heart and nerves.

B1 supports proper functioning of the nervous system, among other things because it can promote the transfer of stimuli between the cells, for example in the muscles. Thiamine contributes to memory.

The water-soluble thiamine is not stored and must be offered in sufficient quantity every day, preferably through a varied diet and otherwise by means of a dietary supplement.
