‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
Suggested use
Take one to two softgels per day with a meal with water.
For pregnant women 1 or 2 softgels per day, depending on diet and omega 3 status. Breastfeeding women and adults aged 50 and over 2 softgels per day.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.

The Ultra Pure DHA/EPA 500 mg from Vitals contains 415 mg DHA and 85 mg EPA per softgel in easily absorbable triglyceride form.
Because of the high dose of DHA, these softgels are particularly suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding and those 50+.
Golden Omega
The fish oil in the Ultra Pure products line from Vitals comes from the Chilean company Golden Omega.
