Suggested use
Children from 3 years and older: take 1 softgel per day with a meal with water or chew the softgel in pieces. The contents of the softgel can also be mixed with cold drinks or dishes. Children from 6 years and older and adults: 2 softgels per day. Adhere to the recommended dosage.
