Vitals Krill Oil is extracted from the Euphausia superba, a shrimp-like shellfish from the Arctic seas that feeds on algae growing under the ice.
One capsule contains 590 mg of krill oil. Of which 89 mg is EPA and 41 mg is DHA in easily absorbable phospholipid form. The remainder are other omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6 and 9 fatty acids. Krill oil also naturally contains choline and astaxanthin.
