Ingredients Psyllium seed.
Suggested use
1-3x daily take 2 level scoops (= 7 grams) just before a meal. Mix the psyllium fiber with a large glass of water. Drink immediately because it thickens quickly. In addition, drink another glass of water.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.

Organic Psyllium Fibers
Psyllium is an excellent source of fiber and is therefore used for cleansing the intestines. This intestinal cleanser supports the intestinal passage.
The fibers support normal blood glucose levels through a more gradual absorption of the sugars from the food and promote the excretion of toxins with the stool. Psyllium husks fit perfectly in a cleaning program.
