Every Day Mama Tablets

The Every Day Mama multivitamin is specially adapted to the needs of pregnant and breastfeeding women and women trying to conceive. This is reflected, for example, in the doses of folic acid, B12, D3 and iron. Vitals Every Day Mama contains vitamins and minerals only in the easily absorbable bioactive form.

Bioactive Folic Acid

Every Day Mama now includes the biologically active forms of B2 and B12. The formula already contained B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, but now also adenosylcobalamin. In addition, Quatrefolic® is used, the superior, endogenous form of folic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) bound to (vegetable) glucosamine salt. This is the most stable form of 5-MTHF with the highest bioavailability.

Vitamin K2, P5P and balanced B- Vitamins

Furthermore Vitals uses the much more effective vitamin K2 (instead of vitamin K1) and P5P: the superior form of vitamin B6.
