Explanation of the composition
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
Usage advice
Suggested use
Take one capsule per day for adolescents from 14 years and two capsules per day from 18 years during the meal with a glass of water.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.

Very Complete Multivitamin
Every Day Capsules is specifically designed for teens aged 14+ (1 capsule per day), or adults (2 capsules per day) who prefer capsules over tablets.
Every Day is the very complete multivitamin from Vitals. With all essential vitamins and minerals plus other health-promoting substances.
Capsules are a lot easier to swallow than tablets. That is why there is now the Every Day Capsules. Because capsules have a smaller content than tablets, the daily dose of this capsule variant is two capsules.
Updated Formula
The composition of Elke Dag Capsules has recently been revised based on new scientific insights, the latest food consumption surveys, and regulatory developments. The dosage of some vitamins and minerals has been adjusted accordingly. Furthermore, a highly absorbable form of silicon has been added. Calcium and manganese are no longer present in this formula.

Calcium
Elke Dag Capsules does not contain calcium because a meaningful dose of this important macromineral simply cannot fit into the capsule.
Therefore, it is recommended to use a calcium supplement alongside the 50+ capsules.
