Every Day Basis: for a daily supplement of vitamins and minerals

Every Day Basis is a carefully designed multi that is intended for young people who are healthy and lead healthy lives, as a basic supplement to the diet. As with all multis in the Every Day series, the composition consists of easily absorbable substances and compounds, and in justified, balanced doses. Taking into account the average intake of adolescents and young adults for each nutrient. And taking into account estimated daily needs to support or promote optimal health. Very recent data and the latest insights have been used for this.

The biologically active (co-enzymatic) forms of vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5'-phosphate), B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), B12 (methyl and adenosylcobalamin) and folic acid (5 -methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt) have een used. These are the forms as they are used by the body and research shows that these have a higher bioavailability.

Every Day Basis contains a generous dose of 20 mcg vitamin D3 per tablet. Moreover, the source of this vitamin D3 is vegetable (Vitamin D3V®), and does not come from sheep wool fat.

The formula also contains 30 mcg vitamin K1 and 60 mcg vitamin K2.

A special feature of this multi is that it contains relatively high doses of calcium and magnesium. And the source of these minerals is also special: they are from the Aquamin® brand and come from the sea. The magnesium (Aquamin Magnesium) is obtained from the seawater of the Irish Sea and the calcium (Aquamin Calcium) comes from a red alga called Lithothamnium calcareum. This algae species absorbs and stores minerals and trace elements from the sea. These magnesium and calcium also naturally contain small amounts of more than 70 trace elements.

For the minerals iron, zinc, copper and manganese, amino acid chelates (bisglycinates) were chosen. Each mineral particle is strongly bound (chelated) to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Minerals in this compound reach the small intestine well and are very well absorbed.
