Bone Formula Pro is a formula for bones and contains calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K.
Calcium
Calcium is one of the main components of bone tissue. With an increased calcium requirement (such as at a higher age) it is good to pay extra attention to the calcium intake. Current insights indicate that a high, one-sided supplementation with a loose calcium supplement as a supplement to the diet does not appear to be the best option.
