Suggested use

Take 20 ml once daily in the morning on an empty stomach. For optimal action, wait 20 minutes after ingestion before consuming food and/or drink. Shake before use. Ingredients Water (purified), nettle extract (urtica dioica herba), vitamin c, silicon, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavoring (flavor (strawberry) (natural)), sweetener (stevia-extract), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate).

Explanation of the composition †RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
