Iodine as nascent iodine is the form that our bodies absorb best. The quality of the iodine is high because it is a so-called bio-elemental nanocolloid form. This means that iodine nascent has already been separated from sodium iodide, the most commonly used form in supplements. This allows your intestines to absorb this form directly, without the iodine having to go through another decoupling process.
