Explanation of the composition †RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
Suggested use
Mix 1-2 scoops per day with a 250 ml glass of water. Easily soluble in (lukewarm) water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, chocolate milk, soup, protein shake, oatmeal, smoothies, yoghurt and cottage cheese, etc. After stirring, allow to stand for 5 minutes for optimal dissolution.
To be used preferably for 25 consecutive days. After that, take a 5-day break.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.

Beauté® Collagen Complex from Vitakruid pure hydrolysed collagen peptides. The patented Solugel® is a leader in collagen and has been extensively clinically tested.
