Ratio 2:1:1
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
Suggested use
Dissolve 1 scoop in water or fruit juice and take during or after training.
Preferably take half an hour before meals or two hours after because amino acids compete with other amino acids from food when absorbed.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.
