Organic Spirulina contains 69% complete protein and provides a broad range of amino acids. It also supplies minerals, enzymes, and trace elements.
Natural pigments and structure
This blue-green algae owes its color to chlorophyll and phycocyanin pigments in its cell structure.
Unlike other blue-green algae, spirulina has no cellulose cell walls. This structure makes it easy to digest and absorb.
