Prenatal DHA
Prenatal DHA is a new fish oil product from Thorne and contains 650 mg DHA and 200 mg EPA in the form of triglycerides per daily dose of 2 softgels .
For (expecting) mothers
Prenatal DHA can be safely and effectively used as a fish oil for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Smaller softgels
Because pregnant women can suffer from nausea especially in the first months of pregnancy, the capsules are smaller for greater ease of swallowing. The added rosemary and mint extract are gentle on the stomach and help prevent what is known as “fish burps.”
