Explanation of the composition

The A.M. formula contains specific nutrients in amounts the body needs in the morning, focused on energy production. In addition to a complete range of vitamins and minerals, it contains Turmeric and Green Tea (both in easily absorbable phytosome form ). The P.M. formula targets the nutrient needs in the evening, focused on rest and recovery. It contains extract of Magnolia and Phellodendron and extra magnesium in addition to vitamins and minerals.
