Suggested use

With new Daily Greens Plus, Thorne has developed another unique supplement. A real powerhouse based on a blend of greens that are highly rich in nutrients, including matcha, spirulina, moringa and kelp. It also contains a number of high-potent adaptogens, which support the maintenance of balance and recovery from physical and mental stress. With nicotinamide riboside, quercetin and glutathione and others, antioxidants are also amply represented in this product. And with a blend of 5 high-quality mushrooms, this formula is complete.
Q10 is present in a patented (Ubiqsome®) phospholipid-bound phytosomal form that greatly reduces the normal absorption problems of Q10.
Transparency about contents
Many Greens products consist of a so-called propriety blend/mix: the ingredients in the product are clear, but not the amount of each ingredient.
The use of a propriety blend can have entirely legitimate reasons (patent protection, competition considerations) but can also be used to disguise the fact that the product consists mainly of cheap ingredients. In such a case, you're mainly snacking on chlorella or spirulina powder.
With the Thorne Daily Greens Plus this is not the case: all ingredients quantities are exactly clear. Of course, all ingredients are completely pure and in good absorbable forms and much attention has been paid to sustainable sourcing.
Uses
You can dissolve Thorne Daily Greens Plus powder in water or to another drink. You can also add it to yogurt, or mix it with pancake batter, use it in your favorite guacemole recipe or sprinkle it over your fruit or granola.

Thorne Shaker bottle
