Solgar Omega-3 Triple Strength

Solgar Omega-3 Triple Strength contains a high concentration of omega-3 fish fatty acids and has a beneficial effect on the heart. EPA and DHA are important building blocks for the brain, play a role in brain function, and are good for vision. This intended effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA (including dietary sources) or 450 mg (pregnant women and during breastfeeding).

In addition to this highest dosage fish oil from Solgar, there are four other Solgar fish oil supplements.

This Omega-3 Triple Strength contains nearly 900 mg of omega-3 per softgel, of which 504 mg EPA and 378 mg DHA.
