Solgar Omega-3 Triple Strength

Solgar Omega-3 Triple Strength contains a high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids from fish and has beneficial effects for the heart. EPA and DHA are important building blocks for the brain, play a role in brain function and are good for vision. This intended effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA (including the diet) or 450 mg (pregnant women and when breastfeeding).

Highest Dose Solgar Fish Oil

Solgar has fish oil in three varieties:
- the regular Fish Oil Concentrate 1000 mg
- the Omega-3 Double Strength

- and this product, the Omega-3 Triple Strength.

The Omega-3 Triple Strength contains nearly 900 mg of omega-3 per softgel, including 504 mg of EPA and 378 mg of DHA.
