Ingredients Calcium, minerals, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), maltodextrin, cellulose gum crosslinked, acidity regulator (citric acid), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerine (vegetable), carnaubau wax), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate (vegetable), stearic acid (organic)).

Explanation of the composition RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Suggested use Take three tablets per day during a meal.
