Suggested use
Mix a sachet with your smoothie, juice or soft food such as yogurt or porridge. In water: Add the powder to a dry glass. Let 200 ml water from a distance, harden it the powder flows. Stir well until the powder is dissolved. After drinking the prebiotics, take another glass of water.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.
