Usage advice
Suggested use
1-2x daily mix 1 level tablespoon (approx. 15 grams) with a generous glass of water, yogurt or fruit juice.
Best taken in the morning before breakfast. Drink instantly because psyllium quickly absorbs a lot of liquid and the mixture can become very viscous as a result. Drink enough water during the day (1.5 - 2 liters).
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.

Biological Fiber Complex - Psyllium & Inulin by Mattisson is a combination of psyllium fiber and inulin fiber from agave. Here, the agave inulin is a soluble fiber and the psyllium is an insoluble fiber. Soluble fibers serve as prebiotics in the colon and insoluble fibers contribute to digestion.
