Psyllium 750mg BIO
The husks of psyllium seed consist of more than 80% of fibers. Of these, 70% are soluble fibers and 30% are insoluble. Because psyllium fiber is fermented to a lesser degree by intestinal bacteria, one generally suffers less from flatulence and bloating.
