Mattisson Magnesium Bisglycinate contains 833 mg per tablet of magnesium bound to the amino acid l-glycine. The amount of elemental magnesium is 100 mg.
Magnesium bisglycinate can cross the blood-brain barrier more easily and is thus used primarily for applications linked to the brain.
