Ingredients Chondroitin, collagen, green-lipped mussel (from molluscs), turmeric, glucosamine (from shellfish), manganese, msm, vitamin c, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), magnesium stearate (vegetable), tablet coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), glazing agents (calcium carbonate), colorant (yellow iron oxide).
Explanation of the composition †RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
Suggested use
Take one to three times per day one tablet during a meal.

Green-lipped mussel complex from Mattisson contains a balanced combination of nutrients with the main ingredient being 350 mg of green-lipped mussel powder per tablet. Green-lipped mussels have a very pure habitat found only in the Marlborough Sounds in New Zealand. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein, glucosamine and chondroitin.
Other ingredients
In addition to green-lipped mussel, the formula contains additional glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, MSM, collagen, turmeric, manganese and vitamin C. One of the health effects of turmeric is that it contributes to healthy joints.*
