Suggested use
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with a meal. If necessary, increase to 2 capsules twice a day.
Take before meals to stimulate digestive juices. It can also be taken between meals to reduce bloating or digestive problems. Avoid taking with hot food or drinks, as this may damage the delicate nutrients.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.
