CLA with sesame lignans
CLA is the abbreviation for conjugated linoleic acid. CLA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid found naturally in meat, milk, eggs and vegetable oils. This CLA is derived from safflower oil.
Life Extension's CLA capsules contain 1,000 mg of safflower oil, of which 800 mg is CLA. It is supplemented with sesame lignans for better function and absorption.
CLA can be used well together with Glucomannan (Konjac), Garcinia Cambogia and Forskolin.
