Explanation of the composition

Complete multivitamin + botanical and herbal extracts
The Life Extension Mix Tablets is not just another multivitamin. It obviously contains all the vitamins and minerals. But unlike most other multivitamins, it contains an adequate amount of all the essential nutrients, including vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium and magnesium.
The only exception is potassium. Depending on the diet, the intake of this is either very high or very low. Therefore, a multivitamin should not contain a very high dose of potassium. For the same reason, multivitamins do not contain sodium (salt).
A multivitamin containing sufficient vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium and magnesium is not common. The reason is simple: we need so much of these that it does not fit into one or two tablets. So people who want to get a good enough supply of them will have to adjust their diet or add these supplements separately, in combination with a multivitamin.
Botanicals and herbs
What makes this multi so powerful, besides the sufficiently high doses of vitamins and minerals, is the addition of many potent botanical and herbal extracts. Several of these are also patented extracts.
