Usage advice
Suggested use
Briskly mix one (1) level scoop in at least 250 to 300 ml of water or beverage of choice (to taste), one to three times daily. Drink immediately. Taking without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing.

Easy Fiber
Life Extension Easy Fiber contains glucomannan fiber from konjac root. These fibers are also used in Oriental cuisine. They work just as well as psyllium fibers, but the advantage is that you need significantly less of them for the same effect.
