KAAPA Mushrooms
KAAPA Mushrooms is a Finnish company that has been growing mushrooms since 2016. What started as a hobby in a backyard quickly grew into a mushroom farm with 20,000 tree trunks as growing ground for mushrooms. Using nature as a learning tool, the most ideal growing conditions for each species were studied. These are now applied in an indoor cultivation facility, while the original farm is still used for research and development.
