Suggested use

SAMe by Jarrow Formulas is prepared by fermentation from baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) to provide an all-natural nutrient. The enteric-coated tablets are gastric acid resistant and ensure good absorption in the body.

Jarrow uses EnteroGuard®, a proprietary cellulose-based, food-grade, pH-sensitive enteric coating that resists stomach acid and disintegrates in the less acidic pH of the upper intestines, where the SAMe is made available for absorption.
