Milk Thistle
Milk Thistle from Jarrow Formulas contains a 30:1 concentrate of milk thistle with 80% flavonoids, including the silymarin fractions. This silymarin is responsible for the positive influence of milk thistle on the liver. Among other things, silymarin supports the production of the body's own antioxidant glutathione.
