Suggested use
Take one to two times per day one capsule spread throughout the day with a glass of water.
Take the first capsule immediately after rising on an empty stomach with fruit juice. If necessary, take second capsule half an hour before or two hours after a meal with fruit juice.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.
