Absorption: Meriva extract
Standard Curcuma is not easily absorbable. Jarrow Curcumin Phytosome contains the patented Meriva extract. In the Meriva extract, Curcumin is bound to phosphatidylcholine (phytosome form). When Curcumin enters the body this way it is better absorbed and more Curcumin gets to the places in the body where it is needed.
