Suggested use

Alpha Lipoic Sustain® 300 mg
Jarrow Alpha Lipoic Sustain® contains 300 mg of ala-lipoic acid per tablet, supplemented with 330 mcg of biotin.
Quick and sustained release
The tablets are produced using the advanced double-layer Sustain™ technology.
This technology ensures that 1/3 of the content is released immediately (quick release) and 2/3 is released slowly (sustained release). This combination both increases and maintains ALA blood levels over time.
