Explanation of the composition

Osteomin® Organic
Osteomin® is a formula for bones and contains calcium, magnesium, iodine, vitamin D from lichen and vitamin K2 from soy and cassava.
This is a very good 100% natural supplement to use for calcium intake. It also contains vitamin D, but in a very low dose of 5 mcg.
Use at least 50 mcg vitamin D daily.
