Suggested use
Take 1 measuring spoon (1.2 g) before meals with plenty of liquid (1-2 glasses of water, 200 ml each) 3 times a day.
A positive effect is achieved only with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three servings of 1 g each in combination with 1-2 glasses of water before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.

Organic Konjac Glucomannan Saturation Powder
BIO Konjac from GSE contains 3 grams of glucomannan per daily dose, which is 85% of the total ground Konjac, a high content.
Glucomannan can bind up to 100 times its own weight in water and causes the water in the stomach to congeal, giving one a feeling of satiety.
In its statement of 9 December 2010, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) assessed the scientific evidence of the efficacy of glucomannan as being provided in implementation of the Health Claims Regulation. Products with sufficient glucomannan may bear the following statement: "Contributes to weight reduction if at least 3 g glucomannan is taken daily in three portions of at least 1 g each with 1-2 glasses of water before meals by an overweight person."
