The source of iron in this product is curry leaf extract. In addition to iron, this extract also contains other valuable plant substances.
Vitamin C from Amla fruit promotes the absorption of iron. In addition to vitamin C, Amla fruit contains other valuable substances which in turn support vitamin C. That way, vitamin C from Amla fruit is more valuable than vitamin C from ascorbic acid.
